Refills Please make prescription requests during your regular appointment. Refill requests should be directed to your pharmacist. If necessary, your pharmacist will direct these requests to us during our regular office hours. Except in emergency situations, do not expect prescription refills during off-hours and weekends, as the on-call physician may not have access to your medical record in order to fill your request. Please be aware that it may take 24 to 48 hours for requests to be completed. Prescription refills must be submitted by noon on Friday. Telephone Calls Members of our office staff are trained to answer your questions. Please provide them with the pertinent information to review your chart. If you should call with a question they cannot answer, they will give the chart to your doctor, and we will return your call as quickly as possible.
