If your medication can be refilled by your pharmacy, please call your pharmacy for your refill.
If not and you are required to obtain a prescription refill, please call 303-772-1600 press (2), then (2) and please leave your name, spelling of your last name, your date of birth, your physician's name, name of the medication, the quantity of medication, the medication dose, and the best phone number to call you. Please allow one to two business days for the refill request to be completed. When you arrive at the front desk, you will be required to show a picture identification, if someone other than yourself is picking up your prescription, they must have a signed note from you stating permission for them to pick up such and they must show their picture identification.
